Policies:

For a photography business, policies are essential for establishing clear expectations and ensuring smooth operations.

Booking & Payment

~Down Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date & time.

(Fee will be discussed)


~Full Payment:  The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. (Deposit is included in session price.)


~Payment Methods: Acceptable forms of payment

Cash app, Venmo & or cash.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

~Cancellation: Cancellations made any time after booking your session without rescheduling are subject to pay a non-refundable fee. (Fee will be discussed) 


~Rescheduling: Requests must be made at least 48 hrs prior to your session.


~Emergency Situations: In the event of an emergency that prevents either party from proceeding with a scheduled photography session please notify ASAP.

Rescheduling can be discussed once all parties are able to do so.

Session Details:

~Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions are scheduled based on the agreed start time, and late arrivals may affect the duration of the session.


~Location: Details about where the session will take place (client’s home, outdoor location, etc.)
